Alpha Amylase, available in yellowish-brown or whitish powder form, is produced from Bacillus Subtilis using advanced Fermentation and extraction techniques. This enzyme is extensively utilized in various industries such as starch sugar liquefaction, alcohol production, beer brewing, monosodium glutamate manufacturing, animal feed processing, as well as textile, printing & dyeing for de-sizing purposes.
