Product Description

Cocamide Methyl MEA, or CMMEA for short, is a relatively new surfactant increasingly used in various personal care products and cosmetics. It's a mild, versatile, coconut-derived nonionic surfactant. 

CMMEA features outstanding foam boosting and stabilizing properties, along with excellent thickening, wetting, and cleaning ability. It also has good high and low temperature stability, preventing crystallization precipitation at low temperatures and color deepening at high temperatures. In addition, CMMEA contains Glycerine, which contributes as a natural moisturizer in personal care products and cosmetics.

• Stable. Combustible. Incompatible with potent oxidizing agents.

• Sealed, stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place; Avoid direct sunlight.

• Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life of CMMEA is 12 months.

Recommended dosage:

• The recommended dosage of CMMEA in detergents, personal care products, and cosmetics is 0.5%-5.0%
