PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate is a polyethylene glycol ether of glyceryl cocoate. It is a multi-functional ingredient in hair & skin care products. It can also work as a great cosolvent in water-based formulas, which helps significantly improve the solubility and stability of other active ingredients and essences.
Usually, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate is used in hair & skin care formulas for its conditioning properties. It can give brightness, volume, and supple touch to the hair and give the skin a smooth and soft touch. PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate is a relatively lightweight conditioner. It won't leave a heavy and greasy feel to the hair or skin after use, but a light and fresh feel.
Stable at a wide pH range, except in strong acid and alkali.
