Product Description

Gluconolactone (GDL), an organic compound with the chemical formula C6H10O6,  is prepared from the oxidation of glucose to gluconic acid or its salts, which are purified, desalted,  decolorized and concentrated. It is used in food industry as coagulant, stabilizer, sour agent,  preservative and preservative, and is a multi-functional food additive.
