Stable in air. No moisture absorption. The acidity is about 1.2 ~ 1.3 times that of citric acid. Soluble in water. 2.Dl-tartaric Acid can be used as sour agent, antioxidant synergist, flavor enhancer, quick acting bulking agent, acidic substance, edible pigment dilution and curing agent. Dl-tartaric Acid is widely used in food, chemical industry, light industry and other industries. 3.Dl-tartaric Acid can enhance the aroma of wine, but Dl-tartaric Acidis weaker than citric acid. It is generally used with other organic acids such as citric acid or malic acid. |
