Hydroxyethyl Urea is synthetically derived from urea. It is an excellent moisturizer and humectant widely used in a variety of personal care products and cosmetics. Hydroxyethyl urea can penetrate into the stratum corneum to increase skin moisture and improve skin elasticity significantly.
